Terms of use

Last updated August 24, 2026

What these terms are

These terms govern use of the public websites at pacific.space and gopacific.ai (the “Sites”), operated by Pacific Intelligent Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pacific,” “we,” “us”).

These are standard website terms. They are not a master service agreement, reserved-capacity offtake, colocation agreement, or statement of work. Commercial terms for reserved GPU capacity, CMMC-ready on-prem pods, colocation, and bridge capacity are signed separately after a qualified conversation.

By using the Sites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

The sites are informational

Content on the Sites describes products we offer or are building. Nothing on the Sites is:

  • An offer to sell capacity, a price quote, or a binding reservation
  • A certification, authorization to operate, or CMMC certification claim
  • A promise of uptime, availability, or a deployment date
  • Legal, procurement, or compliance advice

Deployment timelines, when mentioned, are targets or design goals, not commitments.

Accounts, booking, and contact

Some pages link to app.gopacific.ai. Use of the application, if you have access, is governed by the agreement we signed with your organization — not only these website terms.

You can reach us at /contact, harper@pacific.space, or book a call at cal.com/harper-smith/30min. Information you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Sites: no scraping that degrades the service, no attempts to break in, no malware, and no unlawful content. We may block access.

Intellectual property

Text, design, logos, and other Site content belong to Pacific or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. You may link to public pages.

Third-party services

The Sites embed or link to third parties, including Cal.com, analytics vendors, and satellite hubs on getpacific.space, trypacific.space, and gopacific.space. Their terms apply to those services.

Disclaimer

The Sites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Sites are uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pacific and its officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the Sites. Our total liability for website-related claims is limited to one hundred US dollars. This cap does not apply where the law forbids a limitation, and it does not limit liability under a signed customer contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for website disputes, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
